At Falcon Realty Partners, growth is never just about buildings, it’s about people. That’s why we’re excited to share that Rachel Sokolin has joined the team as our new Director of Development. For me, this is especially meaningful. Rachel isn’t just a talented real estate professional; she’s also a longtime friend. Working alongside her as Falcon Realty Partners continues to expand is both exciting and energizing.
A Partnership Built on Trust and Shared Vision
When you’re building something that impacts communities across the country, the people you surround yourself with matter just as much as the sites you select. Rachel and I have known each other for years, and I’ve seen firsthand the level of dedication and expertise she brings to every project.
Rachel, thank you for trusting me and for trusting in the growth of Falcon Realty Partners. I’m looking forward to the road ahead, knowing we’ll be making an impact together.
Rachel’s Path in Commercial Real Estate
Rachel brings more than a decade of real estate experience to Falcon Realty Partners, with a career that started at Colliers International in Atlanta. While pursuing her college degree, she worked part-time as a Client Services Coordinator in the retail division, supporting both tenant and landlord representation teams.
During her four years at Colliers, Rachel provided the kind of operational and administrative support that builds the foundation for successful transactions and relationships. That early exposure gave her a strong perspective on how both sides of a deal operate, and how to balance the priorities of each.
From there, Rachel joined Streetside Retail, a tenant-focused development firm. For the next four years, she immersed herself in the business of building strong retail footprints. She supported dozens of projects, handling site selection, contract negotiations, due diligence, and market analysis. Her work stretched across the Southeast, giving her deep insights into the region’s growth markets and consumer trends.

Why Rachel is the Right Fit for Falcon Realty Partners
At Falcon Realty Partners, we pride ourselves on delivering high-performance sites for leading retail and franchise brands. Whether we’re helping a national name like Chipotle, Starbucks, or Arby’s find the right corner for growth, or supporting investors looking to unlock market potential, our mission is simple: give clients a competitive edge.
Rachel’s background fits that mission perfectly. She understands how to blend data-driven site selection with the on-the-ground knowledge that only comes from years of experience. She knows how to evaluate not just the land, but the community, the traffic patterns, the growth potential—and how all of that translates into long-term success for a brand.
Her expertise adds to Falcon’s already strong foundation of helping clients grow across 26+ states, with headquarters in Atlanta and an expanding national presence.
Looking Ahead
Rachel’s addition to the team comes at an exciting time for Falcon Realty Partners. We’re expanding our reach, deepening our relationships with franchise brands, and continually refining the tools we use to identify high-value opportunities. Having Rachel onboard means even more strength behind our mission to deliver best-in-class site acquisition strategies nationwide.
As Rachel herself puts it: “I’m excited to continue working alongside Alex and the Falcon team, and to kill it together!”
